When production is 20% complete, our inspectors will return to the factory and examine the quality of the products and check for any defects. They will verify that the manufactured goods not only it fits the standards and the specifications of our customers but of an international level. Our inspectors will ensure all relevant problems will be corrected at this stage.
Final Random Inspection
When all the merchandise is completed, packed and ready to ship, our inspectors select cartons according to the international random sampling method - MIL-STD -105E for the final random inspection. We ensure all products are conform to the international quality standards and are the standard and requirements specified by our customers. This inspection service can include various visual inspections specified by our customers.ÊWe verify quantity, color, size, function, workmanship and packing details to ensure that the terms of the contract are met.
Sample Approval
Before mass-production, the supplier may, should you so require, produce a sample of your product for your approval. Top Source Limited will send the sample to you for any comments, and should there be any problems with the sample, necessary adjustments will be made.
